These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the Doll Shipping Consultancy ("DSC") Website www.dollship.com ("Website") and all documents, data and services presented therein (the "Services"). The Client Area of the Website is restricted to DSC clients and other authorized users DSC clients will also have signed a Data Provision agreement with DSC including separate terms and conditions ("Clients' Terms"), which are in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Clients' Terms will govern.

By accessing this Website and the Client Area , you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access the Website.
3. Changes to these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of this Website now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in these Terms, will indicate acceptance by you of such rules, changes or modifications.
4. Limitations of DSC Data and Analysis
It is understood and agreed that the complex nature of the shipping business may result in inherent limitations, inaccuracies and shortfalls in the information collected, processed and provided by DSC; examples include but are not limited to:
- Information in DSC's database may be based on estimates or subjective judgements (such as ship prices where no sales information for comparable ships is available);
- the information in the databases of other maritime data collection agencies may vary from the information in DSC's database;
- whilst DSC has taken reasonable care in the compilation of its statistical and graphical information, which is believed to be accurate and correct, the compilation of data is inherently subject to limited audit and validation procedures and may therefore contain errors.
Accordingly, whilst DSC will at all times take reasonable care to ensure that all information it provides is accurate and comprehensive, the provision of such information shall not obviate any need for the client and/or third parties to make appropriate further enquiries regarding any contemplated action or transaction. DSC, its agents, officers and employees can accept no liability for any loss suffered by the client or any third party arising from the use of such analysis, information, or statistics for any such purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
DSC, its agents, officers, and employees can accept no liability for any loss suffered by the User. In no event shall DSC liability under this agreement exceed fees and expenses payable by the User.
6. Links To Third Party Sites.
The Website contains links to other websites maintained by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only and DSC does not endorse or have any responsibility for the contents of such websites. Any use of the links is purely at the User's own risk.
7. Availability
DSC gives no assurance that the website will be available at any given time. Access to certain areas of the Website is restricted by the use of passwords. It is a condition of the issue of the password that it will be kept confidential and that the recipient will be responsible for any misuse by the authorised User or by any third party. DSC is entitled, in its absolute discretion, to terminate access to the Website or parts thereof without notice or reason.

DSC is domiciled in England. All matters relating to this Website should be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Where this site is accessed from outside England the user is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations including, but not limited to, those relating to the downloading of materials.
